Without a doubt, the BBC news theme is the best news theme out there. One of their weathermen, Owain Wyn Evans, did this version as part of his drumathon for Children in Need. The way the theme is constructed is worthy of analysis… and might just be a part of one of my classes! 🎼🥁[1] Update: I did bring this up in my Media Literacy class and told them this might just be a good “pump up” tune. They didn’t seem to think so.
